We have enjoyed working with Dominique and Dezilu Wine Company for over a decade. Our first objective was to build a top-notch wine cellar pretty much from scratch. We took a few years to do that and are now in maintenance mode. Dominique not only assembled a great cellar, but - on the way - took the time to educate us about French Bordeaux’s & Burgundies and other wines from all over the world. Our second objective has been to support our frequent events with specialty wines, like local and organic wines, or Austrian wines. Our guests have always been positively surprised by wines that they would not have been able to find themselves.
